Can you select 1 brain wave to focus on and get feedback for?

#1

I am interested in receiving biofeedback (noise or visual) when certain brainwaves are predominant. I would like to increase my alpha and/or theta waves and would like some kind of game or feedback when these brainwave patterns are increasing during the session. Is anyone aware of a program or how to accomplish this?

Thank you in advance!

Check out my app Muse Monitor which lets you view each of your brainwaves in real time on your mobile device

Great! Are there any audio cues so you can use it with eyes closed?

Muse Monitor is only visuals at this time, but if you want to know what is going on with your eyes closed, it does have options to record your brain waves to Excel compatible CSV files, which you can make in to some quite nice graphs.
