Device no longer receives signal through ear sensors


I’ve had my muse for a few weeks. Now, the sensors on the ears no longer work, my meditation (10 minutes) was paused 4 times until I finally had to end it because no matter what position I put my headband, the signal would not pick up. The device essentially no longer works.
