Hi all, newbie here. I’m curious about the difference in volume of birds chirping. I’m wondering whether hearing a bird chirp louder compared to other times during the session indicates a deeper calm state?
Hi Jeff: From talking with Muse people, I’ve concluded the following:
Yes, louder and frequent chirping indicates a deeper calm state.
Calming the background sound also indicates a deeper calm state.
The calibration phase is the most important phase as the Muse uses that phase to compare to the meditation phase of the session.
Thanks Denny, these little nuances are good to know.
