Muse's refusal to respond to server unavailability issues posted on their own support forum


Can everyone having issues with unavailable muse server please post here and insist that Muse responds with a fix or explanation as to why they don’t have one or when they plan on having one? Can never use this device!!


Seems like a tech company didn’t understand giving everyone the weeks off after christmas was a BAD IDEA. Just one social media person to say “Sorry, we’re working really hard on it!” would have allayed us, but now we’re all pissed! It’s too bad! Off to write my Amazon review now…
