Problems connecting first gen headband

Hi, I have the muse headband without the logo on the power button. Recently it started disconnecting the Bluetooth from my phone during my sessions and now it does not connect at all ever.

The phone (iPhone 6s) still sees the headband in the settings Bluetooth menu and shows that it is connected, but the muse app doesn’t recognize it. I have tried “forgetting the device”, and restarting my phone and the headband. Nothing works. Please help.

I’ve had this problem when the battery was really low. Charge it for at least 6 hours (even if the indicator says it’s full), then try again.
