Strip float from receiveDataPackets string



In Unity, we have this method:

void receiveDataPackets(string data) {
Debug.Log("Unity received data packet: " + data);
dataBuffer = data;

I’d like a nice, efficient way to get the packetType and value without querying the string. Any ideas?


Same here! Can’t seem to find a way to access just the values of desired data types.

Have you by any chance found out a solution?
